Zoom Video Communications (ZM): Zoom and Five9 (FIVN) have announced the fact that they have terminated a nearly $15 billion deal by mutual consent. Zoom went up 4% in the premarket while Five9 went down 1.4%.
Lordstown Motors (RIDE): Lordstown had announced the fact that it had struck a deal to sell its Ohio plant to Taiwan’s Foxconn for $230 million, Lordstown, therefore, had gone up and rallied 6.3% in premarket trading.
International Flavors (IFF): This company is a maker of food flavoring and cosmetic ingredients. Shares of the company went up 2.5% in premarket action.
Jefferies Financial Group (JEF): Jefferies gained 1.4% in the premarket.
Nio (NIO): Nio reported that they have made deliveries of 10,628 vehicles in September. Nio had gone up 1.8% in the premarket.
