“Many of their games were broadcast to us, and from what we saw, they are tough, talented basketball players.

The group right in front of us served as a source of motivation since they modelled the correct strategy for playing 3×3.

Which was a skill we needed to pick up quickly and for which we needed to collaborate.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer, more amazing quartet of ladies to help us win the first-ever 3×3 tournament at the Pan American Games.”
